What you would do

• Leads an operational shift in a Marine Corps Exchange store.
• Supervises the productivity of all store teams during a shift.
• Plans staffing, scheduling and training for team members.
• Monitors logistics and backroom work when managers are absent.
• Resolves customer problems and follows up until they are resolved.
• Protects brand standards and works to reduce loss and theft.

Do you qualify for NF-4?

With experience: You need three years of experience in this type of work or a related field. At least two of those years must be supervisory experience in a leadership role tied to store operations, sales floor leadership or operational performance.

With education: Relevant education may be substituted for experience. A degree from an accredited college may be used alone or together with experience. The school must be accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
