Guest Services Representatives

What you would do

• Take room reservations and assign rooms to guests.
• Check in guests, issue room keys, and escort guests when needed.
• Calculate and post guest charges, accept payments, and make change.
• Prepare cash receipts, daily cashier reports, and daily activity reports.
• Sell sundry items and manage the lost and found.
• Run night audit procedures and close credit card machines each night.
