What you would do

  • Support daily operations of Patriot Cafe, Patriot Retail, and/or Patriot Brew
  • Supervise, train, and support assigned staff
  • Deliver strong customer service to Veterans, staff, and visitors
  • Ensure food quality, sanitation, and product availability
  • Help manage inventory, labor costs, and budget
  • Develop and run local promotions to increase sales

Do you qualify for VC-11?

With experience: You need a minimum of 1 to 2 years of direct food service and/or retail management experience. The announcement also asks for a proven record of building sales, increasing profits, and developing staff. Paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work, can count.
