Who can apply: The public, National Guard and reserves.
The job is open to the public, but only U.S. citizens, nationals, or people who owe allegiance to the U.S. may apply. You must be a current Texas Army National Guard member or eligible to join, and you must hold a compatible military assignment under Title 32.
Experience: You need experience or training that shows thorough knowledge of how complex systems on combat, tactical, commercial, and special purpose vehicles work, plus the ability to diagnose, repair, and overhaul them. The announcement does not name a grade level for this experience, and length of time alone does not qualify you.
Education: There is not an educational requirement for this position.
Licenses and certifications:
- Valid state driver's license for your state of residence or main employment, if the job requires driving
