Experience: You must show IT-related experience with attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. You also need one year of specialized experience at a level comparable to GS-13, such as leading cloud architecture and modernization of agency applications on Microsoft Azure, cloud planning and governance, Infrastructure as Code, and multi-cloud or hybrid design with AWS, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud.

Education: Education cannot replace specialized experience at this grade level. Any education you list must come from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
