Who can apply: The public, Military spouses, Career transition (CTAP, ICTAP, RPL).

Education: One full year of education above high school can qualify you instead of experience. You can also combine experience and education. Transcripts are required if you use education. Schools must be accredited by a U.S. Department of Education recognized accreditor.
