How they rate you: You are rated on how well you meet the qualifications. Your application, resume, C.V., and other documents will be verified, and errors or omissions may hurt your chances. For the interview, prepare three examples with the STAR method: the Situation, the Task, what you did (Action) and the Result.
If they choose you: a tentative offer, then a background check, then the final offer with your start date.
Tips for this job:
- Your application and C.V. will be verified, so list your residency dates, medical school, and license details exactly.
- Check that your photo ID is REAL ID compliant, because non-compliant driver's licenses cannot be used for onboarding.
- If you claim veterans' preference, attach your DD-214 and any SF-15 proof before you apply.
