Who can apply: Internal to an agency, The public, Veterans.

Education: A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an approved school, plus completed residency training in an accredited core specialty program that leads to eligibility for board certification.

- Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a U.S. state, territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
