Who can apply: The public.

The job is listed as open to the public, but the agency clarifies that only U.S. citizens may apply.

For the interview, prepare three examples with the STAR method: the Situation, the Task, what you did (Action) and the Result.

If they choose you: a tentative offer, then a background check, then the final offer with your start date.

  • Describe your sterile processing or related health care work clearly and specifically, because the agency will verify it.
  • If you qualify through education, attach your transcript; foreign education also needs a Certificate of Foreign Equivalency.
