Maintenance Worker

What you would do

• Measure and cut materials to required lengths and dimensions
• Install structural and trim items by nailing, bolting, gluing, and similar methods
• Mix paints and apply prime and finishing coats to surfaces
• Make routine repairs to facilities, plumbing, roofs, and grounds
• Operate motor vehicles, including boats and passenger vehicles
• Load and unload materials and equipment
