Who can apply: The public.

Experience: You need one year of specialized experience. The announcement says this level is typical of the GS-5 grade. It includes supporting hospital cleanliness, helping manage daily housekeeping and recycling, or helping with medical waste handling.
Education: One full year of graduate education in a related field, such as public health or business administration with a hospital administration focus, can qualify you. A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement (upper third of class, GPA of 3.0 or higher, or approved honor society membership) can qualify you. A mix of experience and graduate credit can qualify you if it adds up to 100%. You must attach transcripts for education.
