What you would do

  • Lead the customer service desk or central checkout operations.
  • Complete sales and return transactions on the Point of Sale system.
  • Coach team members on service, returns, exchanges and promotions.
  • Solve customer problems and follow up until they are resolved.
  • Keep assigned areas merchandised, stocked and accurate in inventory.
  • Report workplace hazards, injuries and property damage to your supervisor.

Do you qualify for NF-2?

With experience: One year of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in retail or business operations. Experience observing, coaching or training front-line employees is preferred.

With education: Education can count only if it comes from a school accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
