Only U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals can apply. The agency clarified that this position is open to all U.S. citizens and U.S. nationals.

For CO-07, 1 year of specialized experience at the CO-5 or GS-5 level qualifies, and for CO-09, 1 year at the CO-7 or GS-7 level qualifies.
Education: A high school diploma or GED qualifies you for CO-03. Two years of college qualifies you for CO-04, and four years of college or a bachelor's degree qualifies you for CO-05. One full year of graduate school qualifies for CO-07, and a bachelor's degree with a 3.0 GPA, a 3.5 GPA in major courses, upper third class standing, or an approved honor society membership also qualifies. 2 Resume and documents

3 Apply on USAJOBS
Closes in 9 days (November 12, until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time).
You sign in to USAJOBS with a Login.gov account, answer the questionnaire and upload your documents, then you submit. Answer the questionnaire honestly: your resume must show what you claim.
How they rate you: Your application, including the online Assessment Questionnaire, is reviewed to see if you meet the minimum qualifications, and your resume must support your answers. If the agency finds you inflated your qualifications or experience, you may be found ineligible or removed from service.
4 After you apply
In USAJOBS, under Applications, you can see where your application stands: received, reviewed, referred to the hiring manager or not, then selected or not. It can take a few weeks.
For the interview, prepare three examples with the STAR method: the Situation, the Task, what you did (Action) and the Result.
If they choose you: a tentative offer, then a background check, then the final offer with your start date.
Tips for this job:
- Give the month and year, hours per week, and title and grade for every federal or FSA county job on your resume, or that time may not count
- If you use education to qualify, upload a transcript that lists course numbers, titles, credit hours and grades
- Keep your resume to 2 pages or less and make sure your answers in the questionnaire match it
