Who can apply: The public.

Experience: One year of specialized experience at the GS-12 level, including mental health assessments, individual and group treatment, and working on a multidisciplinary team.
Education: A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology is required. Education cannot replace experience at this grade. Foreign degrees must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. accredited program or receive full credit at a U.S. accredited college.
Licenses and certifications:
- Current, active, valid, and unrestricted clinical license to practice psychology independently from a U.S. state, D.C., territory, or jurisdiction
