Who can apply: The public.

Education: You need a doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology. Education cannot replace experience for this job. Foreign degrees must be evaluated and found equal to a U.S. degree.

Licenses and certifications:

Current, active, valid, and unrestricted clinical license to practice psychology independently from a U.S. state, D.C., territory, or jurisdiction
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
