Who can apply: The public.

Experience: You need one year of experience equivalent to GS-5 in work such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting patients, or advising clinical staff on admin processes. Your resume must show job title, duties, start and end month and year, and hours worked per week.
Education: A high school diploma, GED certificate, or a proficiency certificate from a state or territorial board or department of education meets the basic education requirement. Foreign education needs a Certificate of Foreign Equivalency.
