- Be a Mexican citizen with full rights, or a foreigner whose immigration status allows the job.
- Not have been sentenced to prison for an intentional crime.
- Be fit for public service.
- Not belong to the clergy or be a minister of any religion.
- Not be disqualified from public service or have another legal impediment.
- Not be declared a delinquent alimony debtor.
- Not hold another job, post or commission in the federal public administration, unless you have a compatibility opinion.
- Original documents must be authentic.
- Take and pass the evaluations listed.
2 Register on TrabajaEn
Registration: October 14 to October 28.
Register at www.trabajaen.gob.mx from October 14 to 28, 2026. Keep your participation folio and the invitation you receive, because you will need them at each stage.
To register you need your CURP and RFC, a TrabajaEn account and an up-to-date TrabajaEn CV. When you register for this job you get a folio number: keep it, you need it at every stage.
3 Exams and documents
The stages of the contest:
- Stage I: Automatic résumé review on TrabajaEn, from October 14 to 28, 2026. It gives no points; it only decides if you stay in the process.
- Stage II: Knowledge exams (technical and general federal public administration) and Skills Evaluations, from November 2, 2026 to January 11, 2027.
- Stage III: Experience evaluation, merit assessment and document review, from November 2, 2026 to January 11, 2027.
- Stage IV: Interview by the Selection Technical Committee, from November 2, 2026 to January 11, 2027.
- Stage V: Final decision by the Selection Technical Committee, from November 2, 2026 to January 11, 2027.
Minimum score: Examen de Conocimientos Técnicos: 80 de 100. Subetapa de conocimientos (promedio con el examen general de la APF): 70 de 100. Puntaje mínimo de aptitud para ser finalista: 80 de 100.
Look on TrabajaEn for the topics of the knowledge exam of your job, and check your messages often: that is where your exam and document-check appointments arrive.
Keep in mind:
- If you have more than one TrabajaEn folio for the same call, you will be discarded.
- A candidate who is a finalist but does not win joins the reserve list for one year.
- Passing results are valid for one year. Skills results do not discard you, but not taking them does.
- The call can be canceled or declared void under the rules; in that case a new call will be issued.

4 Interview and result
The interview is with the Selection Technical Committee: prepare examples of your experience in the duties of the job. Then the committee chooses the winner. If you are a finalist and do not win, you join the candidate reserve for the job for one year.
The duties of the job:
- Identify the real and expected application of educational models.
- Develop databases of studies done in the Subsystems.
- Design procedures for studying educational models and supervise their execution.
- Plan and schedule improvement actions based on the studies.
- Coordinate feasibility studies for opening new educational programs.
