Legal requirements:
- Be a Mexican citizen with full rights, or a foreign national whose immigration status allows the job
- Not have been sentenced to prison for an intentional crime
- Have the skills needed for the job
- Not belong to the clergy and not be a minister of any religion
- Not be disqualified from public service and have no other legal impediment
- Not fall under any reason for suspension of rights under article 38 of the Constitution
2 Register on TrabajaEn
Registration: October 21 to November 4.
Register for free at www.trabajaen.gob.mx from October 21 to November 4, 2026 and complete your profile. Then register for the contest and accept the bases to receive your participation folio.
To register you need your CURP and RFC, a TrabajaEn account and an up-to-date TrabajaEn CV. When you register for this job you get a folio number: keep it, you need it at every stage.
3 Exams and documents
The stages of the contest:
- Resume review on TrabajaEn, from October 21 to November 4, 2026
- Technical knowledge exam, starting November 9, 2026
- General Federal Public Administration knowledge exam, starting November 11, 2026
- Management skills evaluations, starting November 12, 2026
- Experience evaluation and merit review, starting November 17, 2026
- Interview with the Selection Technical Committee, starting November 24, 2026
- Final decision, starting November 24, 2026
Minimum score: 70 puntos en una escala de 0 a 100, sin decimales, para el examen técnico, la subetapa de conocimientos y para ser persona finalista
Look on TrabajaEn for the topics of the knowledge exam of your job, and check your messages often: that is where your exam and document-check appointments arrive.
Keep in mind:
- Passing results on the general knowledge exam are valid for one year.
- Appointments are sent through the TrabajaEn message center at least two business days in advance. Check it often.
- Documents are sent as scanned files in a compressed folder to larojas@conamed.gob.mx. Documents not sent or not readable can lead to disqualification.
- Interviews may be held by videoconference, but candidates must be present at the offices of the Dirección General de Recursos Humanos y Organización of the Secretaría de Salud.

4 Interview and result
The interview is with the Selection Technical Committee: prepare examples of your experience in the duties of the job. Then the committee chooses the winner. If you are a finalist and do not win, you join the candidate reserve for the job for one year.
The duties of the job:
- Set educational strategies so that knowledge is meaningful.
- Prepare the schedule of educational activities for each event.
- Design educational activities for health professionals.
- Prepare the logistics of the distance seminar.
- Carry out the evaluation of the teaching process on conflict prevention.
- Interpret evaluation results and report them to those involved.
