- Be a Mexican citizen with full rights, or a foreign national whose immigration status allows the job

- Not be barred from public service, nor have another legal impediment
- Not have a final sentence for certain serious crimes against life, bodily integrity, sexual freedom or safety, family or political violence against women, and not be a delinquent food debtor

Registration: October 28 to November 10.
Register on the website www.trabajaen.gob.mx between October 28 and November 10, 2026. When you accept the rules you will get a participation folio number, then follow the messages in your TrabajaEn account.
To register you need your CURP and RFC, a TrabajaEn account and an up-to-date TrabajaEn CV. When you register for this job you get a folio number: keep it, you need it at every stage.
3 Exams and documents
The stages of the contest:
- Candidate registration and resume review on TrabajaEn: October 28 to November 10, 2026
- Requests to reactivate folios: November 11, 2026
- Technical knowledge exam: starting November 13, 2026
- General knowledge exam of the federal public administration
- Skills assessment
- Document review
- Experience assessment and merit review
- Interview by the Selection Technical Committee
- Final decision

Keep in mind:

4 Interview and result
The interview is with the Selection Technical Committee: prepare examples of your experience in the duties of the job. Then the committee chooses the winner. If you are a finalist and do not win, you join the candidate reserve for the job for one year.
The duties of the job:
- Train staff in substantive areas on transparency and public information access.
- Provide technical assistance on transparency and document management duties.
- Process progress on goals, objectives, and indicators of substantive programs.
- Systematize results of internal evaluations of programs and projects.
- Monitor compliance with institutional transparency commitments.
