General requirements for every competition
  • Be a Mexican citizen with full rights, or a foreign national whose immigration status allows the job
  • Not have been sentenced to prison for an intentional crime
  • Be fit to perform duties in the public administration
  • Not belong to the clergy or be a minister of any religion
  • Not be disqualified from public service or have another legal impediment
  • Not have a final sentence for certain serious crimes (against life, bodily integrity, sexual freedom or safety, family or political violence against women) and not be a declared delinquent alimony debtor
