Civil servants in the grades of Attaché, Attaché principal, Ingénieur or Ingénieur principal can apply. Contract workers can also apply, as the post may be filled while a civil servant is recruited.

Diploma: Dual architecture and urban planning degree (bac+5), ideally.
Experience: Proven professional experience in development (operations, design office or local authority).

- Ability to run complex projects and lead meetings.

2 Résumé and cover letter
