Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents. Knowledge of the ministry environment is a plus.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Master 2 degree in computer science
Experience: At least 5 years in IS urbanism, enterprise architecture or designing complex technical solutions
The profile they look for:
- Master urbanism methods (TOGAF) and IT governance practices
- Design complex system and network architectures
- Have a good strategic vision and perspective
- Communicate well and explain things clearly
- Follow new trends (low-code, data, AI)
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, through the official offer on Choisir le Service Public. Ministry staff must also fill in the mobility form.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
