Diploma: CAP or BEP in cooking (required)
Experience: Experience in mass catering is wanted
The profile they look for:

- Manage stock and buy supplies
- Coordinate a team
- Have a public service mindset and good people skills
- Be strict about cleanliness and hygiene
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
