Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A contract agent can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Higher education diploma, bac+3 to bac+5
The profile they look for:
- Higher education graduate, bac+3 to bac+5.
- Good knowledge of universities and distance learning.
- Good skills with digital tools and online learning platforms.
- Experience running training actions is valued.
- Independent, organised, a good listener, with excellent people skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 2 (Closes tomorrow)
Apply on the employer's website, using the link on the official offer on Choisir le Service Public. Send your CV and cover letter to the recruitment service of the Human Resources Department.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
