Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the post is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Know cleaning products and equipment.
- Know hygiene, disinfection and safety rules.
- Be able to organise your work and work in a team.
- Have basic cooking and food service skills.
- Have good physical stamina.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
