Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A candidate who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know food hygiene rules and the HACCP method.
- Apply safety and hygiene rules, including fire safety.
- Know how to sort waste and use cleaning products safely.
- Good teamwork, respect for schedules and instructions.
- Versatility, independence and good organisation.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
