Civil servants in the grades of technician, principal technician 2nd or 1st class can apply by transfer. Otherwise, a contract agent can be hired for this post while waiting for a civil servant.

Experience: Significant building experience in a similar role
The profile they look for:
- Significant building experience in a similar role.
- Technical and regulatory knowledge of construction, hygiene and safety.
- Knowledge of the construction code and the public procurement code.
- Management and team leadership skills.
- Good command of Word, Excel and reading plans.
- Autonomy, rigour and a sense of initiative.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
