Diploma: Baccalaureate to bac+2 in computing (BTS SIO, DUT/BUT Informatique, or equivalent)
Experience: A first experience in IT support is appreciated. Beginners are accepted depending on profile. Experience in a hospital or public setting is an asset.

- Basic telephony, analog and VoIP
- Good people skills and a sense of public service

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
