- First-level support and technical diagnosis.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10, Office and Outlook.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and VPN connection.
- Teaching skills and good people skills.
- Rigour, autonomy and responsiveness.
- Good writing skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
