Diploma: Diploma at bac +2 level (level 5)
The profile they look for:
- Good command of Windows 10, office software and Outlook
- Level 1 and level 2 troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Knowledge of Active Directory and VPN remote access
- Good interpersonal skills and a teaching mindset
- Rigour, autonomy and responsiveness
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer

- Driving licence (permit B) required; travel planned to Koné, Lifou and Wallis.
- Possible on-call duty; working cycle of 37 hours over 5 days.
- For staff not based in New Caledonia: regulatory stay of 2 years, renewable once.
