The profile they look for:
- Good command of Windows 11, office software and Outlook.
- Ability to diagnose and fix level 1 incidents.
- Teaching skills and good relations with users.
- Rigour, autonomy and responsiveness.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, VPN and remote deployment.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
