The profile they look for:
- Good command of Windows 10 workstations and office software.
- Good command of Outlook email.
- Good command of level 1 and 2 troubleshooting.
- Good command of remote access (VPN).
- Good people skills and teaching ability.
- Rigour, autonomy and responsiveness.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer

- A driving licence (permis B) is required, with regular trips to Koné, Lifou and Mata'Utu (Wallis and Futuna).
- An electrical risk certification is required, otherwise training must be followed.
