Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff (contractuels) can apply. The mobility form is required for all candidates, and civil servants must have it signed by their line manager.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
