Open to civil servants of the local public service and to contract staff. Candidates recognised as disabled workers can also be recruited on a contract basis.

The profile they look for:
- Solid knowledge of roads, network maintenance and public land.
- Ability to lead and monitor worksites with partners.
- Interest in road safety issues.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Comfortable dealing with elected officials, companies and the public.
- Rigorous, well organised and good at analysis.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
