Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents. A contract agent can be hired if no civil servant application succeeded.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: At least Bac +2 in hydraulics, hydrology, aquatic environment development or natural risk management.
Experience: 2 to 3 years wanted in a similar job (experienced level).
The profile they look for:
- At least a Bac +2 in hydraulics, hydrology or aquatic environments.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar job.
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework, including the water law.
- Knowledge of public procurement and managing service providers.
- Taste for field work, good people skills and ability to lead meetings.
- Driving licence (permis B) required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
