Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The job is open at technician grade, category B.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
The profile they look for:
- Managing operations and worksites.
- Knowledge of public procurement and public finance rules.
- Knowledge of network works, especially public lighting.
- Good interpersonal and writing skills.
- Autonomy, rigour and public service ethos.
- Ability to report back and work in a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
