Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application succeeds. A driving licence (category B) is required.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac+2 to Bac+3 in civil engineering, development or public works
The profile they look for:
- Bac+2 to Bac+3 in civil engineering, development or public works
- Good knowledge of roads and urban development
- Skills in AutoCAD and Office software
- Knowledge of ZAC procedures
- Good knowledge of public tenders
- Good organisation and initiative
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
