Civil servants (titulaires or competition winners) and contract staff can apply. The post is open at the Technicien grade.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac+2 in the field, civil engineering
Experience: Not stated. Similar experience can replace the Bac+2.
The profile they look for:
- Hold a Bac+2 in civil engineering, or similar experience.
- Use AutoCAD and office software well.
- Know the technical and regulatory rules for roads and networks.
- Know public procurement procedures.
- Show initiative, rigour and teamwork.
- Hold a category B driving licence.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 6 (Closes in 5 days)
Apply on the employer's website linked from the offer. The file must also be sent by post to the president of the authority.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Post vacant from 1 January 2027.
- Driving licence B required.
- Category B (intermediate profession).
