Civil servants (titulaires) can apply. A contract worker can also be hired if no civil servant application succeeds.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: BTS in building or construction economics, or equivalent
Experience: 5 years in an economists' design office, possible instead of the diploma
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of ERP, fire safety and accessibility rules
- Knowledge of the public procurement code and the MOP law
- Basic knowledge of regulatory, operational and land planning
- Project management and engineering methods
- Good office and costing skills, Devisoc software appreciated
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
