Category B civil servants (technician grades) and private sector employees can apply. The job is open to permanent civil servants and contract staff.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
The profile they look for:
- Be able to lead and manage a building site.
- Know construction standards and safety rules.
- Know public procurement rules.
- Manage a budget and estimate project costs.
- Be able to read and interpret plans.
- Hold a category B driving licence.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
