Civil servants and contract agents can apply. The job is open to the grades of Technicien, Technicien principal 2nd class and Technicien principal 1st class.

The profile they look for:
- Master ArcGIS or QGIS, the GRIST tool, Excel and FME.
- Have knowledge of urban planning.
