Civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers can apply. The grades concerned are Technicien, Technicien principal de 2nd class and Technicien principal de 1st class.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac+2 in computing (BTS, DUT or equivalent)
Experience: A first experience in user support or IT technician work is appreciated.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
