Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar role, or IT BTS

- Knowledge of ticket tools, especially GLPI
- Operating system administration, Windows 11

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
