Diploma: Bac +2 or equivalent
Experience: Experienced

- Bac +2 or equivalent
- Good knowledge of IT environments and user profiles
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems and software
- Methodical, rigorous and committed
- Able to diagnose problems quickly
- Patient and good at explaining
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
