Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded. Open grades: technician, principal technician 1st or 2nd class.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: BAC to BAC+2 in building, building systems maintenance, fire safety or technical regulation
Experience: Experience in managing building sites
The profile they look for:
- BAC to BAC+2 in building, maintenance or fire safety
- Technical and regulatory knowledge of buildings (ERP, fire safety, lifts)
- Basic knowledge of public procurement, public accounting and public project ownership
- Experience in managing building sites
- Good organisation skills, autonomy and quick reactions
- Skills with office software and building asset management software
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
