Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. The post is reserved for the technicians corps (or equivalent), open by secondment from another ministry, except military personnel and gendarmes who apply through the CNOI.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
