Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety rules in collective catering.
- Good command of the HSA procedures set out in the PMS.
- Knowledge of the AFNOR N50-220 standard (school catering).
- Good command of Office software.
- Rigour, organisation and reactivity.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
