Civil servants and contract workers can apply. The post is open at the technician grade. A contract worker can only be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Experience: Confirmed (experienced) level
The profile they look for:
- Driving licence B and heavy vehicle licence required.
- Electrical authorisations required.
- CACES certificates requested.
- Good computer and writing skills, for the DICT forms.
- Quick reactions, following safety rules, versatility and availability.
- Available for extended hours, on-duty shifts and on-call duty.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 12 (Closes in 15 days)
Send your CV and cover letter by email to the town hall, using the address given on the official offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
