Diploma: Bac to bac+2 in building, property maintenance or public construction, or significant experience

- Bac to bac+2 diploma in building or property maintenance, or significant experience
- Knowledge of rules for public buildings (ERP)
- Good skills in office software and project tracking tools
- Knowledge of public procurement and the CCAG
- Driving licence B or A required
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
