Civil servants can apply by transfer or secondment, for the grades of Technicien or Technicien principal de 2e classe. A contract agent can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of laying and rehabilitating networks.
- Knowledge of VRD, CCAG Travaux and the public procurement code.
- Good writing skills, autonomy and rigour.
- Ability to report and good interpersonal skills.
- Driving licence B required.
